Delete Account

Deleting your account is a permanent action. All related data will be erased, and you won’t be able to access your account again. To continue with account deletion, please provide the necessary details below. Alternatively, you can delete your account directly in the app by navigating to Profile > Settings > Delete Account.

After you submit your application, we will process it within 3 to 7 days. If you wish to cancel the deletion during this period, please contact customer service within the app.
